Yes — the class follows Dr Fishman's clinically-tested sequence designed specifically for bone health. Forward folds and intense flexion are safely avoided. All poses can be adapted to your needs, and a health questionnaire is completed before your first session.
Natural voice coaching — finding the sound you already have, rather than learning to sound like anyone else. Often used by people who think they cannot sing, and discover otherwise.
Not at all. Voicework is about finding your natural sound, not about performance or technique. Whether you can "sing" or not, there are sounds and song fragments alive in you waiting to be explored.
I create a safe space where you can explore your natural sounds. You have the invitation to move with your sound — a little, a lot, or not at all. I will mirror, interweave and support you musically throughout.

Although bone health, voice, piano, and therapy may seem like different practices, they are all built on the same foundation: somatic awareness, emotional release, and sound.

Begin Piano Lessons. It combines auditory, motor, and intellectual focus to stimulate brain health and coordination.
